Super Insulated Homes: Even modestly insulated homes are too tight if you consider that for healthy living the house needs one complete air change every three hours. A super insulated home must have provisions for fresh air and moisture control.

New Construction: On new construction sites, more people are killed or hurt on open stair wells than firemen are killed or hurt on their job. Always put a temporary guard rail up to prevent accidental falls.
